Welcome to GECOMO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of any GECOMO products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
GECOMO sells brow cosmetics — including the Double Seal Brow Stamp Kit and the Waterproof Brow Pencil — through this website. Checkout and payment are processed securely by our commerce platform, Shopify. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
2. Orders and payment
- All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
- An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where we suspect fraud, where a product was listed at an incorrect price, or where an item is out of stock. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
- You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information for every order.
- Products labeled "Coming Soon" are not yet available for purchase and cannot be ordered.
3. Shipping
All GECOMO orders ship free — no minimum purchase required. Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, and most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping depending on your location. Live tracking is available on our Track Order page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. Optional Shipping Protection, where offered at checkout, covers lost or damaged packages.
4. 60-day money-back guarantee and returns
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with a GECOMO product, contact us within 60 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and we will issue a full refund of the product price — even if the product has been used. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is processed.
5. Product information and cosmetics disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use as directed. Results vary from person to person, and images on the site are illustrative. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician if irritation persists. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
6. The Brow Playbook
The Brow Playbook is a complimentary educational guide included free with every order. It is provided for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the GECOMO name, logo, product names, photography, video, and text — is owned by or licensed to GECOMO and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or to scrape or harvest data from the site.
9. User content
If you tag us or share content using #GECOMO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature that content on our site and social channels with attribution. Contact us if you would like your content removed.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GECOMO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GECOMO operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
